Our Services

  • Initial 1:1 Nutrition Consultations

We provide 1 hour individual nutrition consultations and 30 minute follow up sessions tailored to meet your medical needs. We provide medical nutrition therapy on variety of topics (see below). We help you implement healthy changes without feeling overly restrictive.

  • Follow Up 1:1 Nutrition Consultations

We provide 30-45 minute follow up sessions. We continue to discuss healthy habits, set new goals, provide further medical nutrition therapy education and address any other barriers to change.

  • Online Grocery Shopping

Between planning meals, reading labels, and cooking, we understand it can be hard to find the time to get it all done. We can help by building your online grocery carts add setting you up for either home delivery or store pick up. We can help creating a more permanent grocery list of pantry and fridge essentials. Not sure which ready-made meals to bring to work? We can help with that too.

  • Menu Planning

What’s for dinner? We ask and answer this question for you. We can help write a one week meal prep menu you can use on repeat or a one month dinner menu you can use as needed. We want to help fill in the gaps with flavor, nutrition, and decrease stress.

  • Corporate Wellness & Group Education

We provide wellness presentations both remote and in person on a variety of employee preferred topics such as general healthy eating, weight loss, lowering HgbA1c (Pre-Diabetic) and cholesterol numbers, easy meal prep ideas, The Mediterranean Diet, and more.

At this time we are accepting private pay clients. We can assist in completing a super bill so that you may seek reimbursement from your health insurance provider if desired.
